Introducing Compare: a new way to keep track of the properties you’re interested in. Get a clear overview of all the important details, side-by-side, in TheOneSpot.

What can you do in Compare?

Line up the financials

Compare the $$$ required for each property, including:

  • the all-important selling price – we’ll automatically show you a property price estimate (powered by price-prediction data from APM or REALas) where available!
  • estimated upfront costs, including stamp duty and conveyancing fees.
  • borrowing status, including the amount you’ll have available for a deposit after paying upfront costs, the amount of mortgage loan required and an estimate of Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI), if applicable.
  • ongoing costs. Mortgage repayments, plus other ongoing costs like strata fees for apartments.

Check your commutes

Add in any places of interest and we’ll show you how long it will take to get to (or far, far away from) work, the gym, or your in-laws.

Just add a location, choose whether you normally travel by public transport, driving, walking or cycling, and we’ll automatically calculate the distance and time it’ll take you to get there from your potential new home.

See when a property is sold

We’ll let you know when a property is sold, and what it sold for, so you can stay up to date with the market.

It’s a fact of life that real estate is a fluid market, so keeping an eye on what properties on your shortlist sell for will help you make an informed decision when you’re ready to make an offer.

And, of course, when you add a property to your shortlist we also automatically load in details including the address, number of bedrooms/bathrooms/carspaces, land size, main photo and a link to the full sale listing so you can compare it all in one spot.

Hello, clear overview. Goodbye, spreadsheet. Try it out and let us know what you think!
