- estimated upfront costs, including stamp duty and conveyancing fees.
- borrowing status, including the amount you’ll have available for a deposit after paying upfront costs, the amount of mortgage loan required and an estimate of Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI), if applicable.
- ongoing costs. Mortgage repayments, plus other ongoing costs like strata fees for apartments.
